These patches are an export of a Mercurial repository, but should be usable with other patch tools, too.
The original VCL source code must be from a clean installation of Delphi 10.2 Tokyo Update 3. The patch expects the VCL sources in the subfolder sourcevcl.
Add that folder to your search path and make a build first. Also make sure to include the manifest found in this download into your project.
